Duncan leads daily operations and oversees software implementations that drive client success. He joined Avanti in 2017 after more than a decade at Xerox Canada, where he worked with Fortune 500 clients in sales and management roles.

He emphasizes project management, training effectiveness, and continuous improvement, and has been recognized with three President’s Club awards. Duncan holds three degrees from the University of Toronto, including a Master of Education from OISE.
